Hooray! Another stepping stone!

Blast off! Planning for the 1st Annual Port Townsend Village Building Convergence, 2015​ is well under way and we want to Celebrate with YOU!!!!!

PIZZA PARTY -- We provide the pizza dough, you bring toppings! We'll start rolling out Pizzas at 5 PM, and then pause mingling for announcements and updates from PTVBC about 6-7 PM. We'll talk about the projects for 2015, current processes with the city and other partnering organizations, and more fun that's secrets right now. :)

One thing I just can't keep secret:
Hannah speaking, and I ordered more than 200 sticks of sidewalk chalk that I want to give away so you can take it back to your neighborhood and let all the kids - and your inner kid - awaken the landscape. Yay!

& Hey, it's full-on spring! Bring whatever you want to share with your community to this event - flower bulbs, songs, stories, chalk, wishing rocks, or funny socks. Bring a friend or neighbor, if you care, and snacks to share... music instruments and whatever else you want to imagine.

Note the venue change: we're at Rosewind Common House. Bring $1 for Rosewind. Rosewind is scent free.

Our goal with these Public Events is to foster more community engagement for those who cannot commit to being a Placemaking Site, but still are a part of this network of support and celebration.

If you're interested in helping organize VBC (more info on our website), we'll have more information and a small breakout group at this event to talk about next steps.
